HOW'S THIS FOR A MISSIONARY PAD?

Our apartment is spacious and clean compared to most according to the ward members that have come to visit. Yes, we do feel very at home in every meeting house lobby when we see our chairs in burgundy or blue. The sofa, dining table and coffee table are all leftovers from a Manhattan Temple apartment. My batik art quilt that Mom helped me create makes it feel like our home. We are very comfortable and grateful for our little place!

Your pad is gorgeous! I thought we'd get to see it in person before I saw it on your blog...

You've done a superb job of putting all the "pieces" together...and you do know what I mean. You two got more items from the temple than we did, so your place has much more class than ours out here on lowly Long Island:-)

We got one new round dining table that was to have been in the Manhattan Temple, but it had a minor blemish or two.

Your hanging quilt is stunning!
